Use of pay-out card(s)

Currently the club uploads bonuses and wins to the Expense Card for all Australian members but it doesn’t work outside Australia. On this payment link the club offers all members a flexible worldwide payment solution. All members can now apply for an Ukash Pay-Out MasterCard. When you have received your card, we can on request upload your available funds to the card for worldwide use at ATM and point of sale. If any Australian members want to swap to the Ukash-Out MasterCard, they have to request the club to be put on manual payment by submitting a message to: helpdesk@tsc2000europe.com


Apply for Ukash Pay-Out MasterCard

  • Log-in to this site by use of your TSC Username and Password
  • Go to “Card Apply”
  • Click “Apply Now” under the Ukash-Out MasterCard Image
  • Your club details are automatically viewed
  • Amend your personal details (only valid first and second name)
  • Current Residential Address must be valid and cover the last 36 months)
  • If current address is not covering 36 months, you must also submitt previous addresses separtely together with your KYC(Know Your Customer) documents. Details below!
  • All details must be valid - no false information
  • Your Mail Address must be 100% (otherwise you will not receive your card)

When you have entered all your personal details, for your own security, please check that all entered information is correct, before you click the “Complete Order” button.


Note:

You have to submitt the following KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to management@tsc2000europe.com alongside your application:

  • Government issued photographic ID(preferably current valid PassPort
  • Bank Statement and/or Utility Bill (no older than 3 months)

You can read the Terms & Conditions on this link by going to “Card Balance” and click the link below Ukash-Out. The T&C is at the bottom of the front page. If the card issuer receives the card in return because your information is incorrect, the club will charge you AUD$100.00. There will be two card issuing cycles per week, every Monday and Thursday. The delivery time is expected to be 7-10 days shipped by post.

Pay-Out

  1. First of all you must be registered as “manual payout” with the club.
  2. You must be logged on the payment link.
  3. Go to “Pay-Out” and select your card type and enter “next step”.
  4. Your available balance will be displayed alongside a window to enter the amount you want to withdraw. Minimum amounts is AUD$100.00
  5. Then press “Next Step”

Pay-In

  1. You can if you don’t hold any payment cards, use your Ukash balance to pay for your on-going membership and 4-week play.
  2. You must authorise the club to deduct from your Ukash account.
  3. Please, use the “Credit Card Verification Form” you will find on the members site under Marketing Tools/Download
  4. Forward the signed “Credit Card Verification Form” to: +61 75501 5338
  5. Available funds must be on the account
  6. Declines will cost you AUD$20.00

What does it cost to get Ukash-Out MasterCard?

Even if Ukash is saying on their website that there is no card fee, the club has to pay Ukash for each issued card and monthly maintenance fee.

  1. Our current charges will be as follows:
    1. The club will charge a one time fee of AU$35.00

  2. If you need support, go to “Card Balance” and select the link under Ukash-Out.
  3. The Ukash-Out link will pop-up.
  4. Use Contact Us.
  5. We recommend you to use the email service available on the Ukash support site.
  6. You can call +44 844 561 7150 overseas. Be award that such customer service will be charged to your telephone line bill.
